I have painted at Carshalton Lavender many times. On a Summers day there are butterflies, the sounds of bees and the scent from the flowers is amazing.
Carshalton Lavender is a heritage profect run by volunteers. I was on the committee for several years helping to organise the open days when the public could come in to pick bunches of lavender. Many of them have appeared in my paintings.
